The Platform 1 model works best with businesses that have passed the $2M revenue mark and have clear growth headroom. At your current stage, the economics of a succession partnership don't stack up in your favour, and a good operator won't move for a stake in a business that isn't ready for that kind of arrangement.

That's not a reflection on your business. It just means the timing isn't right yet.
