The Platform 1 model works best with businesses that have passed the $2M revenue mark and have clear growth headroom. At your current stage, the economics of a succession partnership don't stack up in your favour, and a good operator won't move for a stake in a business that isn't ready for that kind of arrangement.
That's not a reflection on your business. It just means the timing isn't right yet.
If you're building toward that point, the most useful thing you can do right now is focus on two things: reducing your personal dependence on the business (start documenting systems and building a team) and hitting consistent revenue milestones.
