Honest answer: Platform 1 probably isn't the right fit at this stage
We'd rather tell you that now than waste your time.
Platform 1 works best with businesses past the $2M revenue mark with clear growth headroom. At your current stage, the economics of a succession partnership don't stack up in your favour yet.
That's not a reflection on your business. The timing just isn't right yet.
If you're building toward that point, the most useful thing you can do right now is focus on two things: reducing how much the business depends on you personally, and hitting consistent revenue milestones. Both of those make you a far stronger candidate when the time comes.
