What we collect
When you complete the succession assessment, we collect your name, email address, your survey responses, and the date and time of submission. This is the only information we collect.
How we use it
We use your information solely to send you the result you requested and, if appropriate, to follow up with information about Platform 1's transition programme. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Form submissions are processed via Formspree (formspree.io), which stores submissions securely on our behalf. This page may load analytics scripts from Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Meta to measure ad performance. These services have their own privacy policies.
Retention
We retain your contact details for as long as there is a legitimate business reason to do so. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections. To exercise these rights, contact us at conrad@platform1.co.nz.
