Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you complete the succession assessment, we collect your name, email address, business name, your survey responses, and the date and time of submission. If you arrived from an ad or a tracked link, we also record the campaign details and ad click ID from that link.
How we use it
We use your information to send you the result you requested and, if appropriate, to follow up with information about the Platform 1 Business Owner Transition Programme. We do not sell or rent your information.
Your details are shared only with the Platform 1 team. Never with your staff, buyers, brokers or competitors.
Third-party services
Form submissions are processed by Make.com and stored in Google Sheets, and result notifications are sent by Gmail. This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, and may load LinkedIn and Meta scripts, to measure ad performance. It stores a cookie with the campaign details of your first visit for up to 90 days. These services have their own privacy policies.
Retention
We retain your contact details for as long as there is a legitimate business reason to do so. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections. To exercise these rights, contact us at conradheaven@platform1.co.nz.
